- Qualification: Master of Business Administration (with Personnel/Finance specialization) of two years’ duration from a recognized university/ All India Council for Technical Education approved institution; Or Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management/Finance of two years’ duration from a recognized university/All India Council For Technical Education approved Institution.
