- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from a recognized University or equivalent. Diploma in drawing and painting from a recognized Examination Board or equivalent.

- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Linguistics/Applied Linguistics / Computational Linguistics / Library Science / Language Education / Indian language from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks.
