Goa PSC Assistant Professor, Senior Psychiatrist, Associate Professor Notification Info
Assistant Professor in Emergency Medicine: 15 Posts
- Qualification: A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). (ii) Post graduate degree or equivalent qualification in the speciality concerned from a National Medical Commission (then Medical Council of India) recognized medical college/institution. (iii) At least three years experience in the concerned speciality as a lecturer or in an equivalent teaching post in aMedical College/Teaching Institution after the requisite post graduate degree.

Senior Psychiatrist: 1 Posts
- Qualification: A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 . Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post graduate degree in the speciality concerned. (iii) 3 years work in a responsible position connected with their speciality after post graduation degree.
- Salary Details: Rs. 15,600-39,100/- Per Month
- Age Limit: 45 years
Associate Professor in Architecture: 2 Posts
- Qualification: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Architecture with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree. (ii) Ph. D or equivalent in appropriate discipline. (iii) Minimum of 5 years experience in Teaching/Research Industry.
- Salary Details: Rs. 37,400-67,000/- Per Month
- Age Limit: 45 years
Assistant Professor in Computer Science : 1 Posts
- Qualification: Good Academic record with at least 55%* of marks or equivalent grade at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. (ii) National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET) shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Assistant Professor: Provided, however, that candidates who are or have been awarded Ph. D. Degree in compliance of the “University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Colleges”. (iii) Knowledge of Konkan.
