- Qualification: Ph.D in ECE or EE with specialization in RF/Microwave Circuits and Systems design, simulation, layout, and fabrication on PCB. Candidates with thesis submitted may also be considered. (Desirable: Knowledge of RF/Microwave Circuits and Systems design, simulation, layout, and fabrication on PCB. Familiarity with standard microwave test and measurement equipment)
