- Qualification: Ph.D from a reputed university/institute and an excellent track record and publications /patents in the area of semiconductor/VLSI design
- Salary Details: Rs. 56,000/-
- Age Limit: 35 years
Junior Research Fellow: 2 Posts
- Qualification: M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent degree in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks. 5% marks relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates. Students awaiting results may also apply. Candidates with B.E. /B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks.
