- Qualification: B. Tech/ MSc./M.Tech in EE/ME/chemistry/Physics/Engineering/Energy Science. Candidates without M.Tech degree must have valid GATE score. Relevant Experience: Nanomaterial Synthesis, Perovskite solar cells fabrication and hands on experience on clean room facilities.
