- Qualification:- Candidates who wanted to participate for FSSAI Director (Technical) job should have Master Degree from a recognized University or Institution in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Food Technology or Food Science & Technology or Food & Nutrition or Edible Oil Technology or Microbiology or Dairy Technology or Agricultural or horticultural Sciences or Industrial Microbiology or Toxicology or Public Health or Life Science or Biotechnology or Fruit & Vegetable Technology or Food Safety & Quality Assurance or BE or B.Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Food Process Engineering or Food Processing Technology or Fruit & Vegetable Technology or Food Safety & Quality Assurance or Bachelor’s degree (not less than four years duration) in Medicine or Veterinary sciences or Fisheries or Animal Sciences.

Principal Manager: 01 Post
- Qualification:- Aspirants who decided to join FSSAI Principal Manager posts should have Post Graduate Degree or Diploma (Full Time courses) in journalism or Mass communication or Public Relation or MBA with specialization in Marketing from a recognized university or Institute and Sixteen year experience in relevant area.
- Salary breakup:- Level-13
Age Limit:- Calculate the Lower and Upper age limit as on 31st August 2020.
- Director (Technical): 50 years and upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC
- Principal Manager: 50 years and upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC
Selection Process:- FSSAI Selection process will be on the bases of Interview and last step will be documents verification.
Fee charges:- Aspirants who wanted to participate for Director, Principal Manager vacancy should pay the below charges through online mode (Debit or Credit Card / Net Banking).
- General/ OBC: Rs. 750/- (Rupee seven hundred fifty only)
- SC/ ST/ Women/ PWBD/ EWS/ Ex-Serviceman: No Fee
- Intimation Charge for All Candidate: Rs. 250/- (Rupee two hundred fifty only)

And send the print out of the online application along with self-attested copies of all relevant documents, testimonials and no objection certificate from present employer to Assistant Director, Human Resource Division, Room No. 407, Food Safety and Standard Authority of India, FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi – 110002 on or before 15th September 2020.
