- Qualification:- Candidates who wanted to participate in the IIT Patna SRF job should have a B.Tech./BE or equivalent (other than IITs) in a relevant area with a minimum CPI of 8.5 or 80% of marks. or B.Tech degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in a relevant area with a minimum CPI of 8.0. and M.Tech/ME or equivalent with a minimum CPI of 8.5 or 80% of marks. GATE qualification is required.
