Professor and HOD: 2 Posts
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Master’s Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 60% marks at either level and fourteen work out of which a full-time teaching experience of minimum of five years. Nineteen years of professional experience.
- Salary Details: Rs. 37400 – 67000/- per month
- Age Limit: 40 years
Associate Professor: 4 Posts
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Master’s Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 60% marks at either level and fourteen work out of which a full-time teaching experience of a minimum of five years. Thirteen years of professional experience.
- Salary Details: Rs. 37400 – 67000/- per month
- Age Limit: 40 years
Assistant Professor: 4 Posts
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Master’s Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 60% marks at either level and one year of relevant professional experience.
- Salary Details: Rs. 15600 – 39100/- per month

Assistant Professor (Structural Engineering): 2 Posts
- Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineer and Master’s degree in Structural Engineering with minimum 60% marks at either level and one year relevant professional experience.
- Salary Details: Rs. 15600 – 39100/- per month
- Age Limit: 40 years
Assistant Professor (Fine Arts): 2 Posts
- Qualification: Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s degree level, in the relevant subject or an equivalent degree from an Indian/Foreign University Besides qualifications, candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSI, or similar test accredited by the UGC. Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) to Clause 4.4.2.3, candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor equivalet positions Universities Colleges Institutions.
