- Qualification: Graduate with full-time MBA/MSW or equivalent with HR/IR specialization from a recognized University / Management Institution of repute. Candidates who obtained MBA/MSW or equivalent degree through a Distance or part-time education programs or through Correspondence are not eligible & need not apply.
- Salary Details: Rs. 120000 – 280000/- per month
- Age Limit: 54 years
General Manager (Finance): 1 Posts
- Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India with the consistently good academic record.
- Salary Details: Rs. 120000 – 280000/- per month
- Age Limit: 52 years
General Manager (Materials): 1 Posts
- Qualification: Engineering Degree or equivalent in any subject from a recognized University with good academic records with a Diploma / Degree in Materials Management. Candidates who obtained an Engineering or equivalent degree through Distance or part-time education programs or through Correspondence are not eligible & need not apply.
- Salary Details: Rs. 120000 – 280000/- per month

- Qualification: Engineering Degree or equivalent in any subject from a recognized University with good academic records with Post Graduate MBA/ PG Diploma in Marketing Management (of not less than 2 years duration) from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates who obtained Engineering or equivalent degree through Distance or part-time education programs or through Correspondence are not eligible & need not apply.
- Salary Details: Rs. 120000 – 280000/- per month
