Assistant Professor: 41 Posts
- Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned specialty/super specialty mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. DNB inConcernedSpecialty/super specialty of the CHS Rule, 1996. (3) At least three (3) years teaching experience in the concerned specialty as Lecturer/Tutor/Registrar Demonstrator/Sr. Resident after the requisitePost graduate degree qualification. (Note:- Teaching experience in any other post like the posts of GDMO/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibilitypurpose for recruitment to teaching posts.) (4) In case of super Specialty disciplines in addition to requirement at (I) to (IV) above, at least 3 years experience as Senior Resident/Tutor/Demonstrator /Registrar/Lecturer in the concerned specialty in a recognized Teaching Institution after the first postgraduate qualification (Note:- In the case of holders of D.M/M.CH. qualification of five years duration, the period of senior PG residency rendered in the last Part of the said D.M./M.CH. shall be counted towards requirement of five years’ experience). (5) In disciplines where there are no prescribed CHS regulations, the minimum education qualification and experience to be prescribed shall be drawn on the line similar to the standard prescription in the CHS regulations of other specialties and in consultation with the HOD of the concerned Department Of MAMC/ other Institutions.
