Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist: 1 Posts
- Qualification: Master’s in Rural Development or equivalent. 15 years of experience in project/program implementation, management or monitoring, of which at least 5 years in monitoring and evaluating public sector development projects including social audits. In-depth knowledge of rural economic development issues in India, preferably in the fisheries and aquaculture sector Experience of using the state of art project monitoring tools including IT-based tools. Proven capacity to work hard and produce quality products within tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Gender Specialist: 1 Posts
- Qualification: Masters’ degree in Demography/Sociology or a related field in the Social Sciences, with emphasis on qualitative research methods. 10 years of relevant experience of working on projects or analytical work in the field of social inclusion, gender and development issues in rural economic sectors in India Preference will be for above experience in fisheries sector Expertise in analytical works and implementation programs in promoting (i) enterprise development and (ii) decisionmaking roles of women and other disadvantaged individuals and groups Extensive experience in research and policy-level analysis. Substantial experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of gender projects. Proven capacity to work hard and produce quality products within tight deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Aquaculture Specialist: 1 Posts
- Qualification: Masters in Fisheries/Zoology or equivalent. At least 7 years of technical experience in the field of Fisheries/Aq Exposure and experience in implementing Good Aquaculture Practices. Proven project management skills Proven capacity to work hard and produce quality products within tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
