- Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. (Engg.) / M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering / Rock Mechanics / Engineering Geology / Applied Geology and allied areas with minimum of 1st class (or 60% marks / 6.75 CGPA if class not specified) at both UG (B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc.) & PG levels, and GATE qualified in Civil Engineering / Geology & Geophysics.Masters in Geology / Applied Geology and allied areas with minimum of 1st class (or 60% marks / 6.75 CGPA if class not specified) Desirable GATE paper: Geology & Geophysics OR B.E. / B.Tech. qualified in Civil Engineering and allied areas with minimum of 1st class (or 60% marks / 6.75 CGPA if class not specified). Desirable GATE paper: Civil Engineering.
