- Qualification: JGM (Projects):-Working on analogous posts or Group ‘A’ officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSE/IRSEE/IRSSE cadre of Indian Railways or Engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group ‘A’ service on regular posts in said Engineering Cadre of Central Government/State Govt. Indian Railways or its equivalent in PSUs/ Statutory Authorities. JGM (Architect):-Working on analogous posts or Group ‘A’ officer working on regular posts in Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways with Architect background or engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group ‘A ‘service on regular posts in Civil Engineering Department with, Architect/Civil background of Central Government/ State Govt./ Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Statutory Authorities. DGM (Projects): Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer working on regular post in Pay Level 12/ Level 11 from Engineering Cadre IRSE/IRSEE/IRSSE of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs/Statutory Authority having Degree in said 3 Engineering discipline with 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ or Diploma in said 3 Engineering with 15 years’ experience. DGM (Architect): Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer with Architect/Civil background working on regular post in Level 12/ Level 11 from Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities, having Degree in Architecture with 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/ Group ‘B’ Or Diploma in Architecture with 15 year’s experience
