- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (B.E. or B. Tech.) or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME or M. Tech) in the field of Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Microwaves or Masters in Electronics (M.Sc. Electronics) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks
- Salary Details: Rs. 39,200 /- per month
- Age Limit: 35 years
Senior Research Scientist(Physics): 2 Posts
- Qualification: Master Degree in Science (MSc) Physics from a recognized university OR B. Tech. (Engineering Physics) from IIT/NIT with minimum 55% marks Desirable: candidates having experience in processing of vacuumtubes. Experience: 5 years design and development experience
- Salary Details: Rs. 39,200 /- per month
